If you are not happy with our products within the first 3 months of use, you may request a refund on the products ordered in accordance with the below terms.
The money back guarantee terms and conditions are as follows:
- available only on our subscription packages which must have been purchased online directly from the joebloe website. (Not retail)
- You must take a photo of your head when you first start taking our product and email it to orders@joebloe.com.au - we will remind you of this in various email when signing up. (Don't be shady)
- the products must have been taken on a daily basis, as per the instructions on each product;
- you must notify us of your intention to redeem the money back guarantee at least 3 weeks prior to your next scheduled billing date;
- the money back guarantee cannot be claimed on postage and handling and taxes.
- the money back guarantee can only be claimed on our 3 month & 12 month subscription plans
- you can only make claims under the joebloe money back guarantee once throughout your lifetime.
In order to submit a request for the money back guarantee, please:
- send an email to orders@joebloe.com.au outlining the issue; and
- the photo of your hair when you initially purchased our products; and
- return the empty product packages AND a receipt/proof of purchase to Joebloe Pty Ltd - Bakery Lane, Level 2, Suite 6, 690 Ann Street, Fortitude Valley, 4006 Queensland.
